Can I switch if I'm already in a contract?
You usually can, but depending on your current provider's exit fees it might be worth waiting until your contract ends. We'll talk through the timings so you switch at the right moment.
What happens to my supply during the switch?
Nothing visible — the switch happens in the background. Your gas, electricity or broadband keeps running throughout, and the handover is handled between providers.
Can I bundle broadband and mobile?
Yes — bundling broadband with mobile SIMs typically unlocks a better price than buying them separately. You can add multiple SIMs for family members under a single account.
What if I move house?
Your services move with you. Let us know your new date of entry and address, and we'll coordinate with Utility Warehouse so everything is set up and ready when you get the keys.
